Once we've completed the needs for improvement brought to light by the checklist, we do virtual showings of your home in preparation for the launch of your live campaign. Not only does your agent evaluate your home, but every agent in the company does, and every staff member as well.

We even offer aerial photography when your estate property requires it for proper display.

Once delivered by the photographer, our in-house graphic artists optimize your photos for display online or in printed media, depending on the purpose. And finally, college-educated marketing experts choose how to arrange them, which angles to use and sometimes most important, which ones not to use. As much as possible, we also consider each specific website, it's limitations for display of pictures, and the demographics of that site's typical visitors.
